Hotel is really good, stayed here before. Staff is great. Not far from the city centre and the airport. Small supermarket and pharmacy nearby, 24/7 petrol station offering hot food just round the corner. Large shopping centre under 15 minute walk. Free public parking places next to the hotel. Spacious rooms. Noise from neighbouring rooms might be an issue, it mainly comes through the ventilation ports but I've experienced this just once. Easily sorted by moving to the other floor and quiter room, staff was more than helpful. Restaurant opening times are limited but this was the case during low season stay in March, I believe. Overall, great value. Highly recommend

Most of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to find solutions to any issues that arose during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. There was an iron available in the room (a big plus). The breakfast selection was decent—not too wide, but acceptable for a short stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with everything you need just a short distance away.

I had a wonderful experience at Rixwell Elefant Hotel! The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, making for a great start to the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel is perfect for families with babies as the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and the common areas were always neat. The hotel's location is convenient with many attractions and transportation options nearby. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly during my stay. The value for the price paid was exceptional, offering a lot for what you get.

The staff in the lobby really nice and helpful. My room was clean. If you need to have your room cleaned you should put a label on the door handle. That was great- nobody disturbed us as we slept long hours. The breakfast was really good. I give them a strong 4 out of 5 👍🏻

We had a hard day before we checked in and the clerk was friendly when he met us. The best part in our room were the beds, they were extremely comfortable, we had a really great sleep that night. The breakfast was good with big variety of morning dishes. Accesible underground parking. You have everything you need in the room as you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Staying on Elephant Rixwel Hotel Was Quite Nice. Room was comfortable and nice,but it number ofc was clean,and most of all i liked Administration on shift and Staff members. Sweeden table was Good. Breakfest was nice and all on total Rates was good . .

Loved the breakfast, as always! Every single food item is very good and tasty, fresh! I really like the peace in the rooms too. This time there was less peace, but previous visits we got the rooms near elevators where there was much more silence in the early mornings. I really love the location of the hotel and the style of the rooms, the cleanliness and the great wifi throughout the hotel.

Nice hotel, lovely design. We were staying for 1 night only. The design was very interesting. Picked a suit just to experience something else, as staying with a child. Lobed the 2 floor plan in the suit and the floor to ceiling windows. Had a lovely atmosphere. The elephant in the lobby is fabulous! Always wanted to stay here because you can see it from the street when driving past. Great price. Breakfast was included and was not bad.

It's a nice hotel with tasty food and all of the things you would need through a short stay. I enjoyed the bathroom and the spacious entrance, hall.

Loved how big the room was! The staff was very polite, nice and friendly, as well as helpful! The facilities were all great! Everything was exceptionally clean. The view through the windows is absolutely fascinating and I'm always looking forward to meet rising sun at this hotel😊 The food is amazing, it was our second time here and we're excited to choose this hotel for our upcoming Rīga stays as well! Also, complimentary water might seem like a small detail, but it helped us a lot during really warm days!
